South Jersey bor an draised, recording artist La Raca Flaca, has released a new single featuring Yoush called “It Is What It Is.” The turmoil of an awful breakup led Flaca to focus on herself more than ever. Fast forward to this very moment, and we have her single “It Is What It Is”- A song in which she fueled pain into passion. Having three other songs under her belt, with a different alias she’s delved into making music in English and Spanish. Ever since she could remember she’s been singing and songwriting and recently decided to make a her big move to Los Angeles.
Arriving to LA did something to her soul, her creative uices began to flow more than ever. Her new environment inspired her to remain authentic to herself. Officially donning the pseudonym La Raca Flaca, she worked closely with Jamarius of GreenTea Studios on her new track. Flaca takes inspiration from the sounds of R&B and Hip-Hop, freely figuring out her sound and selective of the genre she chooses to sing. “It Is What It Is” is just the beginning and is part of an upcoming EP. La Raca Flaca plans on releasing a track called “Gemini (Part 2)” which is a song sung in Spanish. I am elated to continue to see this rising star grow!
